“I came here because I scheduled an Smart Start ignition interlock installation and Platinum Mobile Electronics was the closest location to my home. I read all the reviews before I scheduled my appointment, and I am some what surprised. I arrived a few minutes early for on my 10:00am appointment. The shop opens right at 10:00am. The gentleman that I spoke to was polite the whole time and answered any questions I had. *** Over the phone Smart Start told me I could pay the $125 fee in cash. Thankfully I also have a credit card, because this shop does not take cash! They only take debit/ credit cards. *** Otherwise I have had a pleasant experience with having the ignition interlock installed. Let's be real --- it's not something anyone wants in their vehicle, but Platinum Mobile Electronics made the process quick and painless! So if you find yourself in this position needing a IID (ignition interlock device), I would highly recommend Platinum Mobile Electronics for your Smart Start installation.”
