  Ticket purchase is confusing. You have to buy a ticket for the car, which includes fare for the driver, and then one for each passenger besides the driver.

  Lovely staff. I only wish there wasn't so many breaks in the schedule. Plan ahead. The ferries fill up.

  What a great way to enjoy a afternoon...the scenery was amazing and I think anyone would enjoy this area.... We took our brown Labrador and our small lap dog to the beach as we waited on the ferry.... While we were on the beach the train passed overhead it was quite the experience and it was such a wonderful time.... Please make a effort to show up early just so you can walk the beach ....Topside Burger is located just up the hill and they have a balcony area where you can eat their incredible burgers and look over the Puget Sound....
