John came out today answered all my questions. I had a lot of them, took the time to explain everything so I completely understood stayed with the price that we talked about on the phone before them coming out. I appreciate all his effort very much. There was no pressure, no sales, I felt very comfortable and safe with him in my home. All the spots are gone.. my carpet looks fabulous.. I can definitely recommend to my friends and family and anyone reading this.
