What could I say bad about this location. Subway is subway but this location has never had an employee that messed up, never one so stoned they forgot what they were making, dont wear a frown for ya, just good folks that happily come in and get the job done for ya. Polite and helpful. I have always left a tip for the servers here because I felt good about each order I have made here.

Ordered online today and they had it ready in less than 5 minutes! Made perfectly and included my sides :)
So excited to see awesome customer service. A younger guy and gal in there and they were very fast and friendly.

A friend and I decided to enter a trial of the new Physiq system - the FDA approved device for both body contouring and muscle toning. Physiq’s combination of laser and EMS allows simultaneous treatment of fat and muscle. Hopefully this would rid me of some body fat from my twenties and also tone up my mid-section. I saw that Physiq’s applicators are larger than competing laser devices, thus, treating more area with each treatment hopefully resulting in better results. I just had my third treatment and prior to starting it I had lost 1 inch around my midsection which already is fairly trim so I know it was purely the fat. I'm excited to see the results in another week as I hear around this time results start to show more. Juliana and Dr. Rothaus are super fun, lighthearted, and show so much care for their patients that I'd be willing to explore their other treatments simply because I trust their expertise and opinion. Will share my feelings again once I've completed the sessions!

Juliana is so wonderful at everything she does! I just received a full face dermaplaning treatment for the very first time, and wow, it’s incredible! My skin is so soft and buttery! I’ve always had lots of blond baby hairs on my face and it’s so fascinating how silky my skin is now without the layer of dead skin and hairs on it. Everything soaks deeper into my skin now and I barely need any make up with how great my skin is looking!

I was nervous at first but Juliana explained every step of the process, she continued to give me guidance and check ins throughout her work on my face. It felt very relaxing, like someone was perfectly scratching an itch you didn’t know you had!

If you’ve ever considered dermaplaning- book an appointment with Juliana ASAP! I wouldn’t just trust anyone with a razor blade and my face!

My experience at Dr. Rothaus’ office has always been wonderful! I’ve known Dr. Rothaus for quite a while - I’ve been coming to the NYC location since getting my ears pierced in elementary school and am now in my 20s working full-time in Manhattan! I’ve since done laser scar and hair removal with Joanne and Juliana, who both have been excellent and the treatments have been extremely effective. Everyone who works in the office is an absolute pleasure and I look forward to continuing my services with Dr. Rothaus and his team!

Doctor Rothaus was really great! I did the cool peel treatment and it made a great difference on my skin for the better. The treatment didn’t hurt at all and a little bit of redness and dry skin for the next day but after that I was fine. When I went for my
