I was offering to buy a truck on their lot before they had inspected it, and they wouldn't accept my payment until they performed all their quality checks. They went on to perform significant improvements to the vehicle, despite already taking a deposit on it from me and having the sale basically gaurenteed. Carroll's has a 4.8 after 8 yrs and I'm sure hundreds of cars serviced. Make sure to leave your own review. You can't make everyone happy. I came here because of the great reviews. I had work done on my truck, the price was reasonable. I would have paid extra if needed. They were able to diagnose other problems beyond the scope of work I had contracted for and repaired them... The only bad thing I can say is " YOU HAVE TO WAIT YOUR TURN!!" They are very busy because of the great reputation they have. Please be patient and you will have a great experience like I did. “This place is nicely laid out. Prices are average but not great. Restrooms are NOT public but you can use them if shopping here and they try to keep them clean. The store is well lit and they have a great selection of all your favorite convenience foods. I might suggest they add a hot foods section. Staff were polite and friendly.”
