Kensington Gate Apartments

I’ve had a great experience at Kensington gate. I’ve been a resident for almost 3 years. All of my maintenance requests are handled quickly, efficiently and problems don’t tend to reoccur.

My experience with management has been positive, communication is excellent and timely.
The grounds are well kept, flowers are planted often and well kept.

As for the recent review complaining about smoke- these complaints are at best ridiculous. There is NO smoking on the property and several tenants walk out to the busy street to smoke on the sidewalk which is about two car lanes distance from the apartment buildings. Sidewalks are city/county controlled and the apartment complex cannot enforce any rules on that property.
Living in apartments comes with some adjustments- however the apartment complex is not to blame for people smoking more than 30 feet from the building on a public sidewalk.

I use to complain also, but these are apartments! Most of the complaints are things you will run into in any apartments! Apartment life isn't always perfect. It is the neighbors that should be critqued for not respecting their own fellow neighbors and community not managegment. Treat these ladies with good energy and kindness and you will be amazed the help they provide in return. They definitely look out for you as well. Have some patience. I just wanted to clarify again, my experience has been entirely different from the the two reviews written prior to me. I know these ladies by name as they do me and we communicate regularly. They are more than willing to help me out and go the extra mile for me. These two experiences could not be further from my experience and I have lived here 9 years and experienced the ins and outs of management that is less than perfect. Get to know them and your eyes may be opened a little! Good luck with the kids. Kids will be kids. Hopefully their parents address these concerns or you could possibly with their parents.

Edit also to management: the woman complaining of smoke. Smokes weed herself and has reviews on smoke shops. How can you complain when you yourself smoke?!
