Needed a roof inspection for home sale, that revealed a new roof was required do to too many previous layers, leaks and insufficient ventilation.
Lobo Roofing out bid four other companies! They conducted the tear-off and re-roof in two days, with all new flashing and vents. They did an outstanding clean up job around the house of all debris. The roof not only looks great but now no longer leaks.

Francisco Z. and Team Lobo pre-staged their supplies so when they showed up (on time), they worked very safely, professionally, and quickly.
The crew appeared to work together very well, dividing tasks, communicating, and managing workflow. They also cleaned up and double-checked their clean up. Now my home and barn (2-story) look great and are ready for another couple decades of service! Plus, they finished my project a half-day sooner than I expected.

These guys did a great job, and all in a day. Their contact person was available responsive. They returned on request to fix a minor problem, unrelated to the quallity of their work. I would not hesitate to use Lobo again should a roof be needed on one of our rental units.
