“Honesty and integrity is usually not what comes first when you think of a vehicle dealership but that's my experience with SoSo Cycles as it pertains to the service dept. First off, they respond to emails/phone calls promptly (I can't say that about other shops). They also diagnosed my problem (oil leak) and kept me apprised of the service work. Integrity as I asked for a service which they deemed unnecessary and told me so (saving me a couple hundred bucks). Finally, they truly just love motorcycles and it shows. I can't explain it but it was worth the drive from Seattle for me to get my bike serviced here as quality trumps convenience any day of the week. Keep up the good work!”
