I understand things happen and it certainly wasn’t anyones fault, and at the end of the day I had my package. I didn’t catch the 2 drivers names I came in contact with, but they were fabulous too! Give my girl a five star high five, she is AMAZING!

The customer service rep was kind enough to go search for my package, which was still on the truck, and bring it to me. I needed this package for work, and really appreciated her efforts.
