He is a great listener, very empathetic, and I never felt like he was trying to turn me into what he thought I should become. He empowered me to be the driving force behind my change, and I will always be grateful for the progress I have made in my life because of him. He maintains a great balance of professional and personal, and even if I never need his services again I will always consider myself a lifelong customer.
