One To One Physical Therapy

I went to One to One when my frozen left shoulder could barely move and was so uncomfortable at night that it kept waking me up. Kaitlin and Nolan worked with me, gave me exercises, and referred me to an orthopedic surgeon to get me on the path to full mobility. First they showed me how to get better sleep, a major improvement! Then they encouraged me as I stretched and strengthened my shoulder as it thawed. I am now back to daily yoga and regular climbing at the gym. I highly recommend One to One and know they will be my first pick should I need more physical therapy in the future!

Once again needing physical therapy has led me to One to One Physical Therapy. Wynn has approached my issues tactically, intuitively and compassionately. My progress has been phenomenal in a short time and she is helping me reach my personal mobility goals! I have full confidence in recommending them to family and friends. Nolan O'Malley's a great therapist. The way I felt on the initial visit for rotator cuff strain, I doubted I'd be virtually pain free after several appointments with him. He said I would if I did the work, and he was right! Yippeee!

Nolan was my therapist and I give him 5 stars because he listened to me and gave me feedback. He took the time to understand my concerns and fears regarding my injury. His therapy approach was what I was need get better. Mission accomplished. Thanks Nolan

I can't recommend One to One Physical Therapy highly enough. Erica was (and is!) my physical therapist. I first started seeing Erica for the occasional back/hip pain, and more recently for rehab of left knee replacement. This was my second knee replacement and a world of difference between PT at a different place and One to One! PT for a knee replacement is hard work, and Erica's gentle encouragement to push a little further got me to where I needed to be. The entire staff are friendly and welcoming. Give them a try - you won't regret it!
