(April 17, 2023, 2:44 am)I can’t say enough good things about Pacific Travel Center, Kevin, Tyler and the whole team are awesome people. They are low pressure, knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. Most important they’re genuine and they care. You won’t find that with big box RV companies that just want a sale. I purchased a lance 975 (my first camper ever) in 2021 and Kevin was very patient with all my endless questions. I owned it for about a year and a half and ultimately decided to make the move to a class B as it was a more appropriate fit for me. I sold my Lance back to them and the process was seamless and hassle free. If your thinking about getting a camper or trailer I highly recommend you start here.
(April 7, 2021, 1:57 pm)Came in here just to look. Ended up getting a camper. So excited. Everyone was so nice and very helpful here. The process was simple. Worked with Tyler. Very nice. Excited for our camper to be finished and ready for pick up next week. Highly recommend checking this place out for all your RV needs.
(December 23, 2020, 6:07 pm)I just drove off with my first RV! A Lance Truck Camper 825. It was about as easy as any purchase I have made. The whole team is fantastic and so easy to work with. I feel like I got a great deal and they quickly worked through some minor fit issues between my truck and my camper. I would highly recommend them.
(October 26, 2019, 5:10 pm)Bought our 2019 Lance 1995 in August, and literally could not be more pleased. Had a minor "sticky" trailer brake, and one of the big drawers wouldn't stay closed. Both very minor issues were dealt with promptly and with much humor and good cheer. They have every gadget you can think of, and excellent advice. This os a small family run business, and are very welcoming folks.
(September 14, 2019, 8:25 pm)A small shop that is centered on customer service. We found a Lance travel trailer on RV Trader and it was at PTC. A call and a few emails later we made a sight unseen offer that was accepted. When we arrived the next day to inspect, the crew were hard at work cleaning and testing equipment on the trailer. Everything, and I mean everything, worked perfectly on the trailer. Kevin and Ron went through every system on the unit explaining how it all worked, replaced a missing slide cover, resealed a few cracks in the roof and had the propane tanks and fresh water filled and ready to go. I have been through the purchase process for a very many used vehicles and this was one of the absolute best experiences I have ever had. Hats off to PTC, go see these folks, you will not be disappointed.
