Spring Valley Mobile Home Park

Lived here for 7-8 months, in an RV space. Management is perfect. Spaces are tight. 24hr Laundry on site, but very limited, and no change machine. Residents are peaceful and no known problems of thievery. Space comes with a little shed. RV spaces are gravel, with full hookups, and new 50amp connections. Rent is very reasonable, compared to other RV/mobile parks. Would recommend to anyone with an open mind.

Well,ive 10 yrs ,seen alot people come go on RV side ,we have 4 ethenics groups of people,everyone is very respectfull,its a very quiet park,its our own little world,cant beet the rent.

I bought a property here last January. Laurie (the park manager) has been a sweet heart to us the whole time and my entire family and I appreciate her and Ed (her dad) because they have done for us so much. We are so happy to live here, even though it kind of is located in the middle of nowhere and you have to drive far enough to buy anything but cigarretes and wheel chairs. We have room for three cars to park and no one bothers you in any way. People here seem cool or simply don't mees you you at all. The park image in general is not the best, some home owners don't care much about cleanliness but others really try to keep it nice and tidy.

it's a nice and aforable place to live....neighbor are friendly , landlord are the best peoples in the world. Ed the Dad & Laurie is theDaughter ...been here 2years enough time for me to know them & respect their kind & Love them like my own family....
