  I originally met the crew at PC Techs & Parts in 2003 after I'd been told by a big box store my computer was full of viruses. The looked my computer over and discovered it was a hardware problem, gave me a few very reasonable options for repair, guaranteed their work and my system at the time was completely restored and I was amazed at how easy and accommodating they were to deal with!! Since 2003, I've refereed PC Tachs & Parts to numerous people and WIll continue to do so for the rest of my life! They really are a ONE STOP Shop!!

  Thank you so much for your help getting my 5 computer network set up correctly! Jason the PC Techs Expert, was VERY helpful getting all our pc's sharing files in no time! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! I had used them once before with great results so I gave them a call when I needed help.   This was the company used by my employer and now I go to them personally. Wendy has always been really helpful working with me to solve issues over the phone so I always asked for her. Then I brought my personal PC in to their location and everyone was really nice and helpful! Definitely will be back.

  I am very happy to have found this PC repair shop near me.
  Jamie was so helpful and had great customer service. They were able to quickly diagnose my PCs issue and laid out all the options I had. The price was reasonable and fair, and they had my PC up and running in no time.
  
  I was unable to pick it up when it was first finished, but they made accommodations and held onto it while I was out of town.
  
  I will continue to use PC Techs & Parts in the future, and recommend them to anyone looking for affordable/professional PC services.
