Had what I needed tip protection for work boots. If you buy their boots they will put on the tip protection in store if not you purchase and put on the tip protection yourself. The staff was very polite and helpful.

We have never had such wonderful customer service anywhere!! Even though we had to return our most recent purchase, they made it so nice and easy…unbelievable! I wish i could remember the name of the girl that helped us today, she was fantastic! Thank you so much!!!

Came in to check on some shoes I'd ordered. They have been back ordered and may never actually be available. Was told that two other stores might have them and to expect a call tomorrow. Always get great service. Just limited choices for women. Husband always buys shoes from them, limited stock right now

Even with their system being messed up, they were able to use my voucher to get my company boots. I'm a very happy customer!

I loved my experience at this store. I became very well informed of what my feet were getting into. I got the latest model of what i now consider the best boot i have ever owned.
