Danny and Jo came to my home for an electrical problem. They correctly diagnosed it in 5 minutes and repaired it in under an hour. Very competent, professional and easy to work with.

Had my duplex worked on this morning and had the nicest young man doing the job. Very well qualified and very pleasant. This day and age of our crumbling world it was an actual pleasure. Would highly recommend this company with employees like this why gamble.

Jason serviced our two ductless heating systems. He serviced our back up electric furnace and cleaned one of our ductless outdoor units.

Jason from Resicon, LLC arrived promptly at 8:00 AM at our Seattle home despite traveling all the way here from Tacoma. Resicon had installed our Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system six years ago, but we had not followed through with regular maintenance checks and we knew that service was well past due. Jason was thorough and professional and explained in clear detail just what needed to be done to keep our system working smoothly. He carefully showed me the amount of dirt that had collected over the years in the blower system of the various unit heads and why that was reducing the efficiency. As such, we are happy to proceed with a full cleaning of each unit head in the house to help improve and maintain our investment in the heat pump system. Jason also was meticulous in his cleaning of every filter and his inspection of the outdoor compressor unit. It is a comfort to know that we have this company to rely on for all our HVAC servicing needs, and this system was certainly a life saver for us during the brutally hot summer months.
