Sadly this is the 3rd time I've had to use their service. My mother. My father. This week my son. They have been awesome to work with. They are very caring and thoughtful. My son will be home soon!

First off thanks for answering the phone and all our questions. Simple cremation was handled flawlessly and with the utmost professionalism. No attempt to upsell and we are thankful for the kindness during the loss of our loved one.

My name is Christine. I am 52 years young. On January 3rd.... I lost my best friend and furbaby Brandy. She was 16 years old. My first pet death I have ever dealt with directly. I paid my Vet the little extra money to have her personally cremated and put into a “wooden box”. I didn’t know what to expect. A week later, I picked her up from the Vet. She was presented to me in a beautiful two toned wooden box. The top had a brass colored placard with her name engraved. It was and is beautiful. So meaningful. So much more than I expected. The bag with her remains came with a pet crematory number made of metal. And a sticker with her and my info printed on it. I didn’t know what to expect when getting her back. They went far beyond what I could imagine getting back. So beautiful and professional. I appreciate your business and the care I can see that was taken in caring for my Brandy. There are no words. Thank you so very much.
