I was having so much trouble finding a engagement ring. I went to so many jewelry shops and couldn’t find any rings I really liked till I walked into Jewelry Dr. Steven really helped me out showed me a bunch of rings and then I saw one I really liked and it looks amazing and my fiancé loves it.

Let me tell you a little story, last weekend I accidentally damaged my vintage engagement ring, prongs were smashed and I lost a small diamond by ways of picking pumpkins. It was a sad day. I ran to Jared because they had same day repairs where I was informed that basically it was a wash or it would cost me 1,000 to repair. Next I went to Kay's since they've replaced a little diamond for me several months ago, who told me a similar story but referred me to the Jewelry Dr. Man, the Jewelry Dr is the really MVP. They fixed it at a very reasonable price, they were quick and very helpful. 100% recommend these guys if you need repairs, skip the other guys. My ring is back to looking its normal beautiful self!

I have been going to Jewelry Dr for almost 2 years now and won't go anywhere else because they are totally awesome!!! I would give them a million stars if I could! Top notch service, extremely knowledgeable and the prices for services and jewelry are fair and reasonable. They are warm and inviting and treat me like family every time I go into their establishment which is quite often( I have an extensive watch collection⌚️ 😉😘) The owners are very professional and well versed in jewelry making and repair and I wouldn't trust my precious collection with anyone else but them. They love and respect their veterans and even offer a military discount on most services and goods. I can't say enough wonderful things about the owners of this shop because they are the best there is! Thank you Jewelry Dr for being fair and honest and keeping your prices affordable and your services # 1. I will continue to come see you for all of my watch and jewelry needs......A++++++!!!!! I strictly will only trust them with my purchase. They are beyond welcoming and highly knowledgeable. Very fair and honest. After a few purchases I say they definitely were not a cookie cutter jewelry store they value the customers and treat them like clients. There’s a big difference. You might start as a customer but will quickly only go to them because of clients care.

My G-Shock watch was having issues - the hands weren’t moving even though the batteries were almost brand new. I took it to the Royal Watch & Jewelry Repair kiosk in the mall, and they said they couldn’t help me, and didn’t bother to troubleshoot at all. So I went to Jewelry Dr. (In the Tacoma Mall). I’m really glad I did too! Jesse greeted me warmly, looked at the watch, asked a couple questions, and was honest and upfront with me. I left the watch with them to do their thing, and not 45 minutes later, I get a call saying that they figured it out, and it’s only gonna cost me $20. They could’ve easily charged more, but I get the vibe that this is an honest, salt-of-the-earth, family-run business that truly takes care of their clients. Great customer service! If I run into any issues with my other jewelry pieces, I’m going to them!
