(August 17, 2023, 3:40 pm)So, last Sunday, one of the driver was driving on the highway with no dirt cover and resulted my windshield cracking in multiple places.
When I called, Jackie took full responsibility and coordinated windshield replacement within the day and 4 days later, I have a new windshield.
What I am trying to say is this. Now this is a company who are accountable and values integrity. Jackie upon initial contact called the driver which I am 100% confident addressed the concern and took action. Thank you for being the company that you guys are!

(June 11, 2019, 4:29 pm)Never been a customer but yesterday one of their trucks threw a large rock into my Pilot's windsheild on Hwy 16 in Gig Harbor. The driver pulled over as soon as he saw my daughter flagging him down. He was very polite and apologetic, gave us the service managers name/number to call. We were directed to a autoglass shop in Tacoma, they said it needed to be replaced, as it wasn't repairable and they were able to get me in this morning. Less than 24hrs and I have a new windsheild. Thank you!
