OMG... Jayson was the BEST! He was the only one working because it was Sunday and even after working with a VERY rude customer he got me and my husband a great deal on a new washer and dryer set, ran to the back to make sure we could take it home today AND helped load it in the truck! Along with the GREAT customer service Jayson also seemed knowledgeable about manufacturers, warranties and gave us his card if there was ever anything wrong in the future. Nice store, nice guy, great customer service and prices... 5 stars would recommend!!!
Salesperson Jayson was very helpful with our choice of a Bosch 800 series dishwasher and refrigerator. He provided exacting information to match our particular needs. The prices were very competitive.
Delivery and installation went well. Chris provided excellent on-site service.
Weir's handles all of the appliance installations in our community (builders' choice) and we chose a special range that was ordered. While it took a while longer than expected, once in the service was terrific. Chris was on time and handled the job of removing the loaner and installing our new range quickly. We've heard of Weir's over the years, and were happy with the builders' choice, and were not disappointed.
Fantastic experiences with both a refrigerator when it needed replacing. Was able to get the one I wanted and delivered without incident. Recently replaced our problem 30” stove with a new 30” Wolf from Weir’s (ordered) and Weir’s was communicative throughout the process. We had a issue with the way our old stove was installed (cabinet and floor blocking removal). Weir’s went out of their way to coordinate with an installation company to fix the problem, and as it turned out the plumbing had not shut off. Both issues fixed quickly and we are so happy with our purchase and the service!
My service reps, Miles, and Ellis were exceptional today! They went beyond any delivery service that I have ever experienced. Miles and Ellis took extreme care in making my kitchen floors or cabinets were not damaged while installing my refrigerator.
They even took the time to place my dishwasher and stovetop in the kitchen where it was convenient for my contractors to install them with minimum transport.
They ensured I understood how my refrigerator worked and thoroughly tested it for proper operation. The communication from Miles and Ellis put me at a level of ease that I have not felt from product installers in a while. These guys are awesome!
