(September 9, 2022, 1:57 pm)I worked with many CFMs in the area, but Tacoma is my favorite location. There is plenty of parking, the selection is far better, and the material board is always available. It's a great place to meet my clients and go over selection.
Sabrina is my go-to sales. She is AWESOME! Very quick and reliable. I would email her my client's selection, and she would get back to me immediately with a stock check, pricing, and even a quote. She makes my job as a designer easy as a pie. I highly recommend working with her.

They have a very large selection, and Christina was amazing showing us around, keeping us in budget, and advising us when we had questions. We had 2 types of flooring figured out in under an hour. And availability was determined within minutes. Definitely recommend this place, especially Christina!
(May 27, 2022, 12:42 pm)Of all the tile & flooring places, CFM in Tacoma is the very best! From the moment I walked in, they were very helpful providing advice and even sent me samples. Choosing tile & flooring is a process and they made it so much easier. Kelley was fabulous, and several others helped me to and gave the same excellent personal customer service. I even met the owner on one visit and he was super friendly. Overall, I was quite impressed with their knowledge, selection, and customer service but blown away when they greeted me by name when I returned on another visit. The showroom variety is amazing and they work with your contractor to get you great pricing. Hands down CFM in Tacoma is the very BEST!!
(May 4, 2022, 10:29 pm)By the time we came to CFM in Tacoma for help on our kitchen remodel, we had already talked with quite a few other cabinet suppliers, both big-box stores and otherwise. We were immediately impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient John Dyer is. He gave us great advice, never tried to pressure us, and sold us a great product. He has promptly responded to the few questions or issues that arose in the installation process, and he put us in touch with a contractor who we've been delighted with. In short, it was a pleasure to work with John, and we are delighted with our new kitchen. CFM also sold us our new floor, which we also think is great.
