Scott came out within a few hours of my call to unclog our kitchen sink. The task turned out to be much more complicated. We ended up having to replace a pipe under the crawl space. He kept me informed during the whole process and completed the job. The team was professional and efficient, and was even friendly with my dog. I will definitely use them again.

Scott and his team have been very responsive to both phone calls and text messages. I was able to get my water heater installed on the very next day after contacting Scott which was super helpful as we do need a new water heater asap. Scott was able to give a quote upfront, the price was fair, the entire process was very transparent and the installation was done perfectly in less than 2 hours. I had water leaking into my basement from drain pipes in kitchen that had corroded. I called Scott on Sunday. He promptly answered and took time to understand my problem. He promised to be here Monday and take care of the drain. He showed up as promised and quickly assessed the problem. He cut out the old galvanized tees that had corroded. He replaced them with new pipe and clean up. And just like that drain was back in business. All done for a very reasonable price. Thanks Scott for peace of mind and a solid drain!

Scott is wonderful! He was able to run out despite being obviously super busy and was able to diagnose our issue in about one minute. He then advised us on the easy fix and proceeded not to charge us despite the fact that we were obviously incompetent and he very easily could have. He could have completed the easy fix and charged us hundreds and I would have paid easily... Instead we paid $17 for the part. So if you're looking for honest, reliable and lovely to work with he's your guy. I will say it was a tiny bit less responsive than you'd get at a big company but of course that's the case.. We just had to call a couple times instead but that's a trade ill happily take. And obviously he's busy considering he might be one of the last super honest plumbers! We've found our new plumber! Woo! Call him now! And he even made sure to emphasize that we could call him any time with plumbing questions. Amazing!
