Loved living here. Apartment layout are spacious and efficient. Manager Debbie was always helpful and kind. Made an effort to create a safe friendly community

Cute little apartments with a good amount of built-in storage. Located in a noisy area, but the building blocks out sound pretty well! The property manager, Debra, is absolutely amazing; super responsive, and genuinely cares about her tenants. We were sad to leave her when we moved!

Nice, quiet complex with a great on-site manager.
Debbie is very knowledgeable and helpful to renters and honest. She's
a gem as a manager, have had a few that were not.

The move in and out process was easy, the rent reasonable, especially in today's market for a 1 bedroom.
Wish the bathroom was accessible w/o going through the bedroom but other than that, was great with no issues.
Would definitely rent here again.

I very much enjoyed my time living in this complex. With a wonderful and attentive property manager, clean and tidy communal spaces, and awesome neighbors, it’s hard not to love it here! Debbie loves going above and beyond to make everyone feel at home or just to help however she can. 12/10 would recommend!

The manager Debbie is amazing and one of the kindest people I have ever met. She really cares about the property and has been absolutely wonderful to me. I am very fortunate and can't thank her enough!

UPDATE: I would like to reiterate how much I value Debbie as the property manager here. If you ever have an issue, you can go to her and she is there for you, end of story. I have lived in other places where the property manager doesn't respond or you have to contact them repeatedly about the same problem. Debbie is on it and follows through despite being incredibly busy on a regular basis. Thank you Debbie, you are amazing!
