“Carolina was simply amazing. She was so sweet, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. The end product was everything I was hoping for with my custom LOTR cookies (as I have never ordered anything custom from a bakery before). The cookies were not only beautiful and super detailed but they were also very delicious. Everyone loved them and the individual sealing them was so smart on Carolina's behalf. I would highly recommend Carolina and her bakery if you are in the South Sound area.”

“Took my 3 year old son to the park and beach today. He really liked the playground, a variety of things to play on and do. It is also a playground not right next to the parking lot and road so as a parent you can relax a bit about the cars and easily catch darting kids. We walked a little of the trail at the park. Loose and sandy gravel. When you get back to the turns in the trail they are not marked but common sense keeps you the correct direction. We walked over the soccer field to the beach. It is a rocky beach where turning over rocks finds crabs. The bathroom near the soccer field was just alright. We did not use the restroom near the playground so I cannot comment.”

“OmyGosh, I just spent the last hour reading the reviews. I can say it is my opinion that I saw a lot of people in pain but even more people that are unable to express themselves diplomatically. Chronic pain is a very very hard subject all the way around isn't it. It almost can qualify in the same class as religion and politics even. 'Depending on who you talk too'. I'm thinking some of the frustrations here are displaced. That is, blame is aimed at the caregivers when really an education on the opioid crisis and the harsh 'over correction' in 2016 of the CDC's 'guidelines' is most likely the REAL reason so many true chronic pain sufferers experienced such 'low-lowes'. Truly a disasterous injustice on so many levels, (not just patients, but imagine going to school for years because your passion is to help people yet have your hands tied by these 'guidelines'). However, I can also add as a 'retired' RN, it is absolutely imperative that measures are taken to help caregivers avoid becoming desensitized to the individual patient in front of you. I can say I know as well as you how many stories you hear everyday and the I've heard it all scenarios. Really, I am in a unique position in that I worked as nurse from age 19. I'm 56+ now. I have empathy for both sides as I too am a chronic pain sufferer with several comorbidities that makes being me miserably impossible a lot of the time. If it's not my spinal fusions or spondylolisthesis, or OA of both hips, swollen joints or the bone spur on TOP of my great toe...... then it will surely be the diagnosed "severe fibromyalgia" that will rule by ruin the day. When I was younger I suffered terribly from endometriosis. So I as much as anybody do know all about suffering chronic pain. But it takes work. It takes being willing to experiment. You have to understand that you will never be totally pain free or at least accept that possibility. I would be in terrible shape without my medication, but that doesn't mean that I don't try every non-narcotic method, device, procedure that is available or offered. Before I came to Anesis strangely I did have experiences at other so-called pain clinics as many of you have reviewed on this site. Bless my GP. He would ask me what happened? I would tell him "the pain doctor says I don't have a C-6,C-7 + wouldn't look at the MRI or bone scan or x-ray results that I had in my hand". Yes that really happened and things like that until my doctor finally found Anesis. The staff have always been kind to me. The staff do not sugar coat. I have had a radio frequency ablation of my C-6, C-7 pain, with results that lasted several months. I highly recommend giving this a try. My pain is being managed. No, I'm far away from being pain free. But my pain is being managed, they have several things to offer to enhance pain management. Medical TENS, supportive braces if indicated. Injections, Ablation & much more. They have recently began to offer tele-education about even more interventions for pain sufferers. As a patient I show up on time to the best of my ability, I never leave my prescription bottle in "my other purse", I follow my contract, my pee is clean. I think the biggest thing I did to participate was to give them a chance. I have been with them for about 4 years. Honestly, I'm getting older and my conditions are not reversing. They too are getting 'more chronic'. I absolutely cannot imagine what my quality of life would be without Anesis Pain and Spine. Hopefully more patients will be finding relief with the brand new update Nov 3rd 2022 revised CDC 'guidelines' on opioid treatment (this time more to the direction of actually helping chronic pain suffers then punishing them). Good luck to all of you. It does truly break my heart that so many people are in so much pain. It is an awful thing to live with.”

“Had a broken tooth pulled that was impacted. Procedure was pain free, and only took pain relievers 1 day & had no problems or pain afterward. Dr. Sioda does excellent work, & is the best dentist I've had in my 77 years. I highly recommend him & his staff.”

“I moved in to Boulders in July. Like all business, the pandemic caused problems. However, the new management, especially Kate and her staff, have done a great job getting the place back to its glory days. Kate truly cares about her job and goes the extra to help tenants and solve problems. We are lucky to have her in charge.”

“Pictures of the entire happy hour food menu. Everything was on point except the calamari seemed little not so fresh but otherwise great. They could (and should IMHO) add another table in the bar area which would be a more preferred place to sit, but otherwise really great food and atmosphere. Simple vibe that focuses where the focus needs to be, the food and the people. Speaking of which, the staff at this place were pretty impressive. I’m going back for another happy hour for sure!”

“We love Dr. Tart! He is always so calm and reassuring, but always listens to my concerns and does not hesitate to put in referrals if it is needed. I have seen other providers in this office as well and they have all been great. It is always possible to get in same day if I have a sick kiddo.”

“So last time I door dashed Popeyes they forgot some of my order. I called the manager and he offered to replace the whole meal at no charge on my next visit. Moving forward a few weeks I decided to get my family meal and order another one on top of that. Even though they were just closing the staff was super friendly and to my surprise they didn't charge us for anything. All the food was great and we even got drinks taken care of. This Popeyes staff is awesome and the manager there should be thankful he has such a dedicated crew. I love the food here and the service is always on point! Thank you for reading and enjoy!”

“When I came to 30/10, I was at the highest weight I have ever been in my life. I was just under 500 lbs and had all but given up hope of ever being back at a normal weight. I was scared to invest in another weight loss program, since my track record had not been so great the last 10 years. My biggest goal was to be able to dance at my brother's wedding and to be able to fit into the suits he had picked out for the groomsmen. A lot of people had told me they had great success with 30/10 so I decided to take the plunge and go with them. The Manager Shannon was very reassuring and made me feel supported, even at what seemed to me as the lowest point in my life. She answer ever question I had expertly and offered solutions to all my obstacles. And just because I like to live life on hard mode, I started on Halloween (My sweet tooth was angry that day). Within the first three days of doing the program, I immediately noticed how great I was feeling. The best way to describe it is "optimized". I quickly became obsessed with feeling this way, which made sticking to the program easier. In my first week, I had lost 11 lbs. I could already tell that I was having more energy and had less stomach issues. That alone was a gift in and of itself. Cut to today, I have lost over 160 lbs and I have my life back. I am back doing activities and hiking. My awesome coach Troy has been there since day one and I owe a lot of my success to him and the others at the Tacoma 30/10 store in Tacoma. This journey has been difficult but they have been nothing but constant with their expertise and support. Even when I would go off plan or have obstacles, Troy and the others would tailor make a plan to get me back on track. Never once have they scolded me for making bad food choices. They only focused on how we can move forward to get results. Just like a game plan, you have to be able to adapt and improvise. Every coach there has mastered this art form to help you with any and all obstacles. I look forward to my meetings every week that I get to see these awesome people who have helped me reclaim my life. Their warm smiles and genuine love for their customers is unequivocal. The only reason you would not choose 30/10 to aide you on your weight loss journey is that you don't want to have your life changed for the better. I could not recommend this place enough.”
