Dr. Paulette is incredible!! The staff are very experienced. They're a small clinic with limited space, including too few parking spaces and not enough phone lines yet, but good things come in small packages here so your patience is worth it! Also, they have a handicap parking space with a ramp from there to the front door, so they're handicap accessible in spite of their limitations.
The new clinic and the people who work there are just as amazing as the older shop. Both vets are top notch , personable, loving and kind, with the humans too! I just wish we had more avian board certified vets in the area. But I'd completely trust both vets with my birdies !💜💜💜 TRUST is key!
It was a great experience. I have two box turtles. I was impressed with the knowledge and care that the vet took with them. And very informative with me.
I highly recommend Evergreen. I switched my birds to Evergreen after over 22 years with the same clinic and could not be happier with my decision. Dr Boutette is detailed, realistic, knowledgeable and passionate about parrots. He diagnosed why my geriatric Patagonian is losing weight after the other clinic could not (1.5 year journey). The staff is super helpful, professional and patiently answers all my questions. Finally, they are accurate and consistent.
I originally switched because I need to board my bird at the vet when I go out of town and my former clinic told me that they no longer can take boarding reservations months out and to call "two weeks" before the boarding date - that meant I could no longer be guaranteed boarding when I needed it. This, combined with several other small mistakes, made me realize that their former level of care had slipped greatly. My birds come first and I should have made the switch sooner.
I just moved to Washington with my elderly ferret who has insulinoma and adrenal disease. I was very nervous taking her to a new vet and this commute is an hour away from where I live, but it was the best option that I had.
The staff was very kind, but the vet.. she was phenomenal! I asked many many questions and this incredible woman answered each one with patience and details. On top of that, she typed all of those details out so I could look at them later. Everyone made me feel so confident that my ferret is in great hands.
