First Financial Northwest Bank - University Place Branch

Now that our personal banker, Aimee Peterson is at this branch, THIS is where we bank. No more trips to Renton. *We will happily follow Aimee wherever she goes*. She’s personally handled my parents’ trust accounts and whenever they have a senior moment or any issue, large or small, her courteous and kind voice on the phone has solved everything. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!!!

Being a long time customer of First Financial NW Bank for decades, Renton was my go to branch for my "personal" banking needs. Just recently I found it necessary to move my "small business" banking to FFNWB as well, and my experience with Aimee, and the University Place Branch was second to none, as usual! The ease of this move for my business was flawless, and being that I had to leave my prior bank because of security concerns, Aimee answered all my questions confidently, explained their security measures, and all this was accomplished at my convenience. FFNWB gives you the assurance and peace of mind of the long gone community bank that makes you feel like family, and I'm so happy to say that the University Branch continues that service that keeps me always coming back!

I had an account years ago with First Financial when I worked further North and was so pleased when they finally expanded to University place! I prefer a local bank and Aimee Peterson made opening an account a breeze. Will be bringing my son in for his first account soon!

We moved from a large institution to First Financial on a whim and it turned out to be the best decision for us. The branch is small and comfortable and the staff won’t forget your name. I feel like I’m family when I’m there.

I met with the branch manager one day and by that time I was showing (pregnant) and the following day the woman whom I’d worked with at the bank emailed me to congratulate me.

The branch manager sent me tons of resources for questions that I’d had. It feels really nice to be appreciated and remembered by your financial institution.

One of things that attracted me to First Financial was that they are local and have such a customer centric approach to their business! Their location was so cool and inviting, especially with the bowl of water and snacks for your pets, won me there. :)

I met Aimee Peterson who is the Personal Banker Consultant at the University Branch. She was wonderful! Knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my needs. People make your business strive, especially in these times.
