I left something at the their office and it was delivered to my house the same evening! Even though I’ve been living in & out of WA the past 11 years, I still book our appointments with him whenever we are in town. I highly recommend him! … My daughters were 12 & 3 when they started seeing Dr. Swanson. My oldest is now 29 & has been in the ARMY for 10 years. “We just moved to the area and hadn't found a dentist yet when an dying tooth shifted that decision making process into overdrive. The office was able to get us in as an emergency patient the very next day and there just are not enough good things I can possibly say about the whole experience. Every person in that office - reception, assistants, techs and Dr. Chien himself were all just amazingly helpful, friendly and professional. They very quickly diagnosed the problem and realized I would need to go see a specialist to have it taken care of. Within minutes I already had a referal to the new location and an appointment for that morning. After the work at the specialists was finished, there was some finishing work Dr. Chien needed to do and the entire experience was just fantastic. Little things that add up - caring about who you are and your day and how you're feeling, being extra careful to avoid causing any unneeded pain or discomfort at any time, even if it means being a few minutes slower, etc. I'm very glad we found the office.”
