All calls go to a “call center” where today the wait was a grand total of forty-five minutes then I got excuses and an apology for “today was a busy day of calls” and disregard for my mention that their primitive phone system is substandard and ineffective. 👎🏻👎🏻🙀 It’s not been just today. It’s been every single time.”
