Life saver. Big thanks to Northwest Automotive Inc for diagnosing and fixing all of the issues with my headlights/fog lights/running lights on my 02 WRX. My hands were tied because I don’t know much about electrical. They are very informative, answered all of my questions, and kept me up to date along the way. Great customer service and got it done the same day I dropped it off. I’ll definitely keep them bookmarked and will be returning if/when needed.
And to top it off, they also painted my battery bracket red to match all of the red vacuum and coolant lines my dad and I just installed. I didn’t even ask for it, but it looks great and I’m glad they did. I noticed it later after I got home, so it was a nice little surprise to see. And yes, it’s a small detail, but to me shows their attention to detail and awareness for their customers to provide the best service they can. Thanks again.

Have had my Honda repaired here twice now, once for a faulty starter and next for squeaky brakes. Both times I received very professional service and honest quotes, and at no point did they try to convince me that I needed unnecessary work. Will definitely bring my vehicle here again in the future!
