Shangri La Apartments

Best apartments in Bothell. This is a quiet place to live and Jeff and Julie do a great job taking care of everything here. The elevator and secure building have been my favorite part of living here and having trash and recycling chutes on my floor are nice so I don't have to go outside with my trash. All the neighbors are nice too. I recomend living here if you are looking for a place in Bothell

lived at Shangri La for 4 years and loved it while I was living there. I bought a house so I am not there anymore but just wanted to say it was a lovely place to live. The apartment was very modern and beautiful and the place was always spotless in the common areas and outside. The staff were the best. They made it a very special place to call home. I would definitely recommend Shangri La if you are looking b g for a luxury, quiet place to live.

Shangri-La is quite a special place to live and community. Julie and Jeff (property manager and maintenance) are the most friendly, quick to respond and take care of things and do everything in their power to make this place as great as it is. The grounds are impeccable, complex is top notch - secured entry, gated parking (should you choose to utilize), an elevator, community space that you can also rent and a really nice gym with great equipment. Our place is beautiful - looked absolutely brand new when we moved it, very spacious and great pricing for the area and square footage. To top it off, there are some really great people that live here and have lived here for several years - which says a lot about a place I think. I would highly recommend if you see a unit available, you grab it while you can!

Reading reviews of apartments is hard because it seems like there's always a few angry residents. While I can't speak for everyone, I find it hard to believe anyone would not love this complex or its management.

Shangri La is run by a small-ish company and they really want to make sure their residents are happy. While it's not the cheapest place to live, it's comparable to many competitors, and I've yet to hear of anyone seeing a rent increase (though you won't get the promise in writing...)

If you have a need for maintenance, it'll be taken care of in a day or two. They even do preventative maintenance if you notice something needs doing. If you want clarification on rent/terms/other, you can email and get a clear response almost immediately during work hours.

I lived at Shangi La for a year, and have since had to move away for work. I've seen good landlords and bad. This is a very good place, well kept, and well run. I'd highly recommend this complex to anyone.

Overall I love living here. Clean, well-maintained building in a great location. I feel very safe here. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The only downside is twice/year they fertilize the grounds and the smell is quite unbearable for 2 weeks.
