Pricilla did a wonderful job helping me sell my aunts estate. She was very knowledgeable and was able to get us top dollar for the home.

Priscilla was asked to help sell our mothers home after she passed. It needs some work, but, has a great lot and is in a great area! Then shortly after my husband and I asked her to help find us a place. Easy right? Not so much!
We have 2 large dog's, 2 cat's, that need space/yard and a race car that also needed a place. My husband works in Seattle, and our budget was practically nothing compared to what houses are priced at. Also, we weren't prepared to move for another 2 years.

Almost 3 month's to the day of meeting her, we closed on mamas house for well over asking price and we closed on an adorable house in North Marysville, with a yard, quiet neighborhood, with a shop and a garage AND just minutes from the nearest parking ride so my husband can quickly get to work. For just under our all in price.
The entire time she was there day/night to answer any and all of our trillion questions, set up viewings and helped point out new listings that checked our boxes.
She even went out of her way to grab a few things that were accidentally left at my mothers house in south Mountlake Terrace and brought them to me!
Should we move again, she will absolutely be our first choice for an agent.
If you want an agent that will work her tail off for you, she's that agent!

Priscilla was always there for me even during the 2019 Christmas holidays! She would drop what she was doing to show a house to me just a moments notice! Before I actually hit town here in the Seattle area, Priscilla previewed numerous homes for me so that I could get a feel for what my money would buy for a home. then when I hit town she took me see at least 30 homes in just a few weeks time. then we finally found a townhome in west lake stevens and she worked diligently over Christmas eve to get the offer to the owner and her real estate agent. Priscilla is a jewel and I highly recommend her!
