The staff is all amazing! Dr. Fry takes such great care of animals, truly cares about them, and the pet parents. Highly recommend.
The staff are all extremely helpful and caring, including the reception/admins. They pay attention and remember things about thwir customers and naturally make effort. They do their best successfully to get you an appointment when you need one. Dr. Fry performed a physical exam of my 4 year old golden retriever when she was sick and was able to identify that her lymph nodes were inflamed, even though it didn't seem relevant. She made the decision to biopsy to be safe and ended up saving my girl's life, as although she was very young, she was positive for Lymphoma and wouldn't have made it if we hadn't caught it and started chemo right away with an Oncologist. Highly recommend this vet office and am so happy to have a reliable and trustworthy vet for my babies. Thank you!
Dr. Fry and her entire team are absolutely amazing! The team has gone above & beyond to ensure our two cats with severe vet anxiety are as comfortable as possible and well cared for during every appointment. They've been able to fit us in quickly for urgent appointments, and they provide advice and suggestions over the phone for any issues that arise between appointments --- we'd give 10 stars if we could! 🤩
This review is way overdue ad I’m hoping that it will help others. Our 15 year chihuahua Daisy was having digestive system problems. Long story short, she passed away. Dr. Miller did all she can, but what really stuck with my wife and I is how empathetic and loving she was to our Daisy.
Another shoutout to Vicky, one of the nurses. She helped us out greatly when we had to fly overseas with our dog Shaggy.
We’re here now in Guam and it’s been 5 years but we often think of your clinic. Hearts of gold are in there.
Amazing group of professionals. I took my kitty in for tooth surgery, and they had him in and out in less than 3 hours. They've been super patient with my boy, even though he's extremely skittish. They've given amazing food recommendations, and are always happy to see us when we come in!
