Stout Realty assisted Dinners Ready in finding well thought-out sites for many of its retail locations, and in negotiating with landlords for tenant improvements and lease payment amounts for those sites. Will is meticulous and exersizes high integrity. There were many times when he strongly discouraged us from leasing locations he thought would not be good for us -- even at the risk of his commission. We ignored his advice a couple of times, and later discovered he was right.
