Axiom Division 7

Very impressed by the Axiom team. We had a small window of opportunity to get the job done before weather set in. Axiom got the job done in a timely fashion and the roof looks stellar. One of our concerns was that we just finished having our new landscaping installed and made it clear to Axiom that they needed to protect the newly installed plants etc. Our house looks great and they did a great job protection our landscaping.

Best place I’ve ever worked and plan to retire a D7 team (family) member! That’s honestly what it’s like working at D7 . Everyone In the office here has our back in the field. They treat us like (GOLD) Nice Rigs, great family benefits paid for, 401k, great wages, and the best part for me is The great work environment. I like coming to work dealing with my General foreman, operations manager, my crew, Etc. If I can’t or don’t want to work the weekend I don’t have to. This company not only talks the talk but walks the walk. Family is first here! And Safety comes before Production! Jermey(president) is the true definition of a Leader! His Guys and their families is a real concern of his, he genuinely cares about us and makes sure we are taken care of. He doesn’t have the general foreman make threats like! “If you don’t work the weekends you don’t work the winter” or “ if you don’t like it you don’t have to work here” They truly do appreciate us and let us know when we are doing a good job. They also turn mistakes into learning opportunities , and understand everyone is human and no is one perfect. I honestly could go on and on but I’ll just name the things that standout to me the most as a Foreman at D7 for almost 3 years now. I’ve brought anyone with any kind of talent with me and they are all still here and thriving! It’s good to be taken care of but it’s even better when your whole crew is taken care of at the same time!!
