The view of the water front is the best. Great place to watch fireworks. The view from the parking area awesome too. If its raining you could eat your lunch in the car and have a steller look out.
It's my favorite park along the Puget Sound coast. It is accessible and has direct views of the sound. Ample of parking and play area makes it a perfect destination for families. Seating bench along the small trail. There are blackberry bushes all along the boundary of the park. It's one of the best sunset viewing places in the sound area, and one does not have to get out of the car to see the sunset. There are a lot of picnic tables and Porta potty. The grass is maintained and can be used to just lie down and have an evening snack. You'll see lot of kids playing and adults playing volleyball.
Gorgeous place! We stumbled upon this park on a whim but we’re able to find a secret path that led down to the beach! It was absolutely gorgeous, definitely a go to spot to take your family
or that special someone to watch the sunset ❤️ There’s also some benches to watch the gorgeous view.
There is a wonderful bipod the harbor it’s covered partially by trees & shade. There are spots for hammocks. There is a trail to go down to the beach as well.
A cool place to chill and enjoy the beautiful view of Puget Sound. Upper area has grass that is well maintained by the city. There are a few benches to sit, lots of parking spots and a trail leading to the ocean through the train tracks. I did not see any wild life. It’s a mellow place.
