Kirkland RV Sales

I made the deal on my motor home to trade in for one from them. I live in Eugene, OR so it's a 5 hr drive to get to them. They were very fair and willing negotiate on price until we met at an agreeable number. On faith my wife and I drove our motor home all the way past Seattle to their location. As you can imagine I was very concerned that the condition of the motor home I was purchasing wouldn't be as they said and I was concerned about any games or hassle in completing the deal since it was "site unseen" and I had to trust strangers (who are salesmen haha). We arrived late at night, the lot assistant hooked us up to power and water so we could camp there overnight and do the deal first thing in the morning. We got up, went to check the motor home, it was literally perfect, every detail of their motor home was spotless, detailed and in perfect working condition. Everything about their motor home was exactly as advertised and promised. The staff was very nice, small town feel, small dealership style dealing directly with the owner. They took us through over an hour walk-through, explained in detail every system in the motor home and asked me if I had any questions at all about how anything worked. They sent us home with new sewer and water hoses and the whole transaction was perfect. If I could leave more than 5 stars for them I would.

We have been searching for an RV for months and have been to several RV dealers in the Seattle area. Kirkland was hands down the best for customer service. The care they put into their product is evident. We bought a 10 year old RV, but it feels brand new! They went through it with us during the delivery inspection pointing out what they have fixed and replaced. Couldn't be happier with the experience, highly recommend these guys.

These guys are AMAZING!!! I've never bought an RV before, so I didn't really know what to expect. The entire staff is incredible from sales (Jimmy!) to finance (Michelle!) to delivery/set up (Rick!) They made me feel comfortable, calm, and with our tricky delivery (gravel windy road) they exuded confidence - which was obvious it all came from experience. We were under a stressful situation to find something quickly because we sold our home and didn't have anywhere to go... these guys took all the stress away. I can't recommend them highly enough! We can’t thank the folks at Kirkland RV enough for great experience when purchasing our RV. We had been looking for an RV for about 7 months and based on our prior experiences with dealers, we were concerned with any promises made! We had a relatively long drive to view the RV and were concerned that it would be sold by the time we got there. They assured us that since we were the first to call on it, they would not show it to anyone until we had a chance to see it. They kept their word! There was no high pressure or unrealistic promises. They answered all our questions and concerns. They did a legitimate pre-delivery inspection (at no additional cost) and took care of anything that required attention. Any promises made, were kept. We highly recommend doing business with Kirkland RV!

Just bought our first RV here. Whole experience was top notch. Many years of personal RV experiences, not just professional. I got called right back when I called, Steve explained literally everything about the coach, Jimmy and Ken and Michelle were all.awesome. Highly recommend!!
