My wife and I bought a new to us, 1992 46-foot Ocean Alexander with many, many electrical issues. I am a DIY kind of boat owner and rather than buy the Victron inverter, isolation transformer, DC to DC chargers etc. online, I decided I would like to access local help if I needed it, and I ended up really needing it! Paul, the owner and his partner, Laurie run a great marine electrical business. They are more than just Victron dealers - they are a Victron distributor. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable about his product line. Accessible, responsive and priced very reasonably. He literally saved me money and aggravation even when I made a rookie install mistake. Heritage gets my highest recommendation.
Great people
Great shop for all Marine electronics repair and installation.
Paul the owner is customer centric and goes to the max to make his customers happy. I have had them do inverter installs/ wiring and other projects with great skill and great final results.
Their location is top notch since they are located at the POE (port of Everett) and can also store your boat at their site for work on it. Makes it very convenient.
I purchased my inverter/chargong system from them and obtained a wealth of knowledge in the process. It also meant adding an isolation transformer, but that was a "must have" after talking with their technical folks. This was part of refurbishing the power system on my Hylas 51 sailboat. Their pricing was very competitive, and the Pre and Post Technical support was outstanding.
Great place for marine electrical service, parts, and panels.
