Great property and great service from leasing office. I’m 3 months into living here and I love the space, amenities and active community. I highly recommend talking to Lindsey in the leasing office! She answers any and all questions I have and did a great job showcasing the property for me.

My husband and I have lived here since July and love everything about this property so far! Having our own backyard and doggy door included sold us!
There hasn’t really been any issues besides ants in the beginning when we moved in, but were quickly taken care of and haven’t seen any since. Comparing this luxury community to our past apartments I’d give it 5 stars over and over. It’s such a quite neighborhood and so open with no buildings all around so you actually get to enjoy open blue skies and pretty sunsets! I can’t speak for anyone with noisy neighbors though..
I think we got very fortunate with our neighbor! Lol quite kind elder man that is very sweet. We can hear doors opening and shutting sometimes but nothing beats not hearing an upstairs neighbor.
Everyone we’ve met so far including every person in the office is incredibly friendly and helpful. Made friends quickly at the dog park and my dog loves it. I do wish they had more lights out in the dog park and maybe more dog waste disposals around the neighborhood. There is extra parking for guests but where they put parking, you have to creep out of a stop sign to turn which wouldn’t be a problem if people didn’t speed so just be careful when turning. I would recommend this complex to my friends and family.

Just moved in and it was hassle free with Justin explaining everything upon move in and welcoming gifts upon getting keys to entering beautifully appointed new residence!! Can’t believe how quiet it is and friendly neighbors!! Also, Alan from maintenance was the best with helping with some minor things that I needed. He was clean, neat and explained everything he was doing in detail. And best of all, a great personality!!!

The Luxe is amazing! Everyone there is so nice and accommodating! If you need the perfect place to live, in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood, Justin at the leasing office is your go-to guy! He’s helpful and walks you through every part of the leasing process. Absolutely patient, kind, and the best!

They are actually called The Mansions of Prosper and are absolutely AMAZING! First the location and area are awesome! Destiny Castro was THE BEST!!! She is professional yet personable, knowledgeable, fun and easy to talk to! I didn't feel rushed or like I was just a number. Perfection in customer service!!! Please if you're thinking about coming to McKinney, then go visit these fabulous apartments that feel like a home! These are definitely on my radar in the future!!!!
