I made a several hundred dollar purchase from PR Lifting. Upon receipt of the item it was discovered to have a defect that was brought to their attention.
Following a prompt and courteous investigation by Anthony and Jennifer, it was determined that the defect could not be remedied in a timely manner and my money was promptly refunded.
Though this purchase did not turn out the way that we expected, it was a pleasure interacting with Anthony and Jennifer on both a business and personal level.
