Al keeps it focused, effective and safe for all. Boot Camp 2-3x a week + Personal Training 1x a week has helped me reach the best shape of my life! it wasn't about "finding the time", it was about Making the time!

The group classes are always challenging, fun, and will push you to get to your fitness goals. Plus I get to workout with an amazing group of people who are encouraging and supportive. His personal trainings are the same he listens to your goals and puts a plan in place for you to achieve those goals.
I’ve been coming to Diverse Fit Club for 3 years now and I love it! Trainer Al is professional and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor and will give you any guidance and support on whatever your workout goals are. Al has personal training available as well as variety of classes for your needs. I’ve tried all classes and it has been a great experience every time! Group classes are really fun! I definitely recommend Diverse Fit Club to everyone!!

I needed help getting my post baby body in shape. I have been feeling healthier and happier, and have lost weight and gained muscle. Al is able to make a workout that is just right for me. I appreciate all of the encouragement! I started with personal training but it is my goal to get in good enough shape to do well in bootcamp.
