Eat Thai Cuisine

Who knew that some of the best Thai food would be in Granite Falls?! Every bite of the pineapple fried rice completely blew our minds away! We will be making our way up from Seattle more regularly just for this Thai food! Well done!

Got take out from "Eat Thai" on a whim for the first time and can't say enough good things about this restaurant!

- Incredibly friendly and helpful lady at the front really went above and beyond making sure our order was right and if we had an questions about the menu.

- Even though we ordered takezout right before close, both our entres and appetizers were hot, fresh tasting and flavorful.

- Both the Phad Phak and Red Curry we ordered had great portions loaded with fresh veggies. Did not skimp on the ingredients that other Thai places will overlook.

- Peanut sauce for fresh rolls... Say no more. I could just eat that as a meal by the spoonfull!

- 2 & 3 star spixe selection had some "zip" but wasn't no overpowering. Food was perfectly seasoned and appreciated that sauces weren't just pools of oil either.

- Summary: Hidden gem of a Thai restaurant. Great portions/value, excellent quality ingredients, friendly staff. Can't wait to go back to dine in and explore more of the menu!

Comforting atmosphere! The food is outstanding and the service is so friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the tunes that were on this afternoon. Absolutely love the thai iced coffee!!! Perfect little date with my love every time, we highly recommend ⭐️

Excellent experience here as a vegan! Vegan sauces and many options. Great service, plenty of parking, and classy decor. They have outdoor seating also.

I was looking for a vegan-friendly place to eat near Granite Falls and stumbled upon Eat Thai. I was pleasantly surprised by their fresh and authentic dishes, and their new administration was very helpful and kind. The place was cozy and relaxing, and the outdoor deck was nice. Here's what I ordered and loved:

- Broccoli bombs: These were roasted garlic and broccoli bites with sea salt and lime. They were so flavorful and crunchy, and the lime added a nice zing. I'm not a fan of broccoli, but these made me love it 🥦💣.
- Udon rama: This was a creamy and satisfying dish with udon noodles, garlic, onions, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, and peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was smooth and nutty, and the noodles were soft and chewy. The veggies were fresh and colorful, and the crispy tofu added some crunch and texture 🍜🥜🥦🥕🍄.
- Cashew delight: This was a spicy and delicious dish with bell peppers, onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, baby corns, cashews, and house sauce. I chose the medium level of spiciness, which was perfect for me. The dish was hot and flavorful, and the cashews added some richness and crunch 🌶️🥕🍽😋.

They are one of the best Thai restaurants in the area (even the state!) that serves fresh and authentic food with vegan options. There are not many places with vegan options in this area, so I'm glad I found this gem 💎. They have everything you need for a great Thai experience: delicious food, friendly service, a cozy atmosphere, and reasonable prices.
