Karen was amazing to work with! I sent a message over via the website and heard back same day. Karen went out of her way to accomodate my special request and delivered on time as well. She helped me send love and smiles to a friend 3 states away! If I'm in need of florals in Granite Falls area again I will definitely use Granite Falls Flowers & Gifts.

The owner of this shop is truly a lovely person! She called me back promptly and went out of her way to create a beautiful arrangement that was delivered locally the same afternoon for a nominal delivery fee. Her arrangements are reasonably priced as well. The bouquet she created was perfect for the occasion and the recipients described it as “gorgeous”. Thank you, Karen! I would highly recommend your shop to anyone.

I received an arrangement from this florist and the flowers were beautiful. The delivery was also very friendly and professional.

VERY quick customer service & beautiful arrangement! I placed an online order around 6pm for delivery the next day. A little over an hour later I received a call from the owner letting me know that some of the flowers in the particular arrangement I had ordered were unavailable and asked if I was okay substituting for another color scheme, or if I was okay waiting another day for delivery she would place an order for the original flowers needed. I let her know that whatever she had in mind would be fine. The recipient received her delivery around 2pm the next day and while the arrangement didn't look like the online photo, it was HUGE and beautiful! The flowers completely made her day!
