Went to expedite my son's first adult passport; service was impeccable; very personable; and zero waiting time. Surprised and it exceeded my expectations. The certifier was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. Cannot believe such service exists today! The other city's should take this as a great example! Thank you very much! Please keep this up !!
Amazing service! The clerks are super helpful and friendly. They are good at explaining everything and are patient with you when applying for children's passport.
As a huge FYI take a money order or a checkbook to pay, that was my mistake for not reading correctly their webpage the first time.
What place is able to maintain a perfect 5 star rating with over 40 reviews?! This place does and they earned every bit of it -- with authentic service, free coffee offered, and attentive support through the paperwork process. My wife was particularly impressed with the extra forms available and the patience and knowledge provided by the staff. Joey even affirmed in regards to our kids when we were worried they were bumping into the staff a bit too much. What should have been a tedious task was made easy and even a bit fun!
Saw other passport offices booked for months and wife found this one which was a hour away from us.
Totally worth it. Super nice and kind staffers. Walked us through the entire step. We had 4 kids and they made it so easy.
Went in on a Sat and only a 15 min wait. Will always come here if we can.
As advertised the staff is great! Thanks Carol. Our wait on a Saturday morning was about 30 minutes. Even if you come prepared with your paperwork be prepared to make possible corrections. That was our experience. Only 1 sided photocopies in black and white are accepted by the government. So Carol put us in a conference room to accommodate seven of us while we filled out new forms. The staff was so apologetic for the inconvenience. We didn't leave there entirely successful as my wife has to return with a marriage certificate. But the staff made this feel less frustrating. I would highly recommend this passport office.
