I needed one stocking embroidered to match seven others that we already have in a set. Every staff member was helpful, kind and efficient in the process to make this happen. Rich was especially helpful and went out of his way to make sure that the stocking exactly matched the rest of the set, which I really appreciate. Came in today to get a quote for an embroidery to honor a family member who recently passed away. Rich was friendly, helpful and told me it would be done by next week. I got the sense that Rich could tell that this was something important to me. He ended up reaching out to me with a proof later that afternoon and was even accommodating to my changes. I was surprised when he reached out to me before closing to let me know that my items were complete. The final product exceeded my expectations and was beautiful! THANK YOU Rich!
