(November 9, 2019, 1:41 pm)After several attempts at getting in touch with me (under new and IMPROVED management) a most accommodating fella not only helped resolve my lock issue AND waived any and all fees for all the headache from a faulty lock, but he was a joy to work with and has an incredible laugh. I am staying with this storage facility and will be recommending here to anyone needing storage. ;-)
