Alderwood Park

From the first phone call I made with Alderwood Park Apartments i knew it was going to be a great place to live. Kathleen and Yvette have been super friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. They make a genuine effort to have real, meaningful connections with as many residents as they can, and that’s extremely refreshing compared to other property managements. They clearly are passionate about their jobs and they go above and beyond to meet residents needs. I’ve been in Washington 8 months and they made moving across country completely seamless, it was the easiest transition. Alderwood Park is quiet, convenient and cozy. Very happy to be living here!

Hello. I have been living in Alderwood park apartments for little over a year. Office crew is very helpful and polite. I have been dealing with the office manager YVETTE for a while now. She truly is a prime example of the worlds best customer service. sometimes you might not like the place you live in but People like YVETTE make it million times better. It is a very tough job only the office crew knows. If you want to move in here Talk to YVETTE Her help for the community is TOP NOTCH

I have been living here for little over 3 years. Never had any security issues. Any maintenance issue came up was taken care of the same day.
The office manager YEVETTE is probably the best one i have encountered. There was a point where i had to call the office 10 times and Yvette answered and each time her response was very polite. She is very helpful. If anyone makes these apartments experience better its YVETTE. and of course everyone else including maintenance are working hard to make this place feel like home

Being a first time renter has been easy breezy! All I can say is a HUGE THANKS to Yvette and Kathleen! Kathleen has been the sweetest and most helpful person I’ve met since I moved to Washington.
I love the location and my dog loves the dog park. It’s been great!

My husband and I have lived here for three years, and today, the property is even better than it was when we first moved in. Yvette and Kathleen in the office are accommodating and so friendly. I love our apartment. It's cozy, bright, and quiet. I feel safe randomly walking my dog at 2 am, and that is soooo important to me. The maintenance team is excellent too! The few times I had a service request, it was always addressed quickly and fixed professionally. One of the maintenance guys knows my dog, Luna, BY NAME! She gets excited every time she sees him, and he always stops to pet her and say hi. In short, the Alderwood Park Apartment team is fantastic, and I love living here. As other reviews mentioned, flowers blooming at the complex is my favorite time of year. It is so pretty, and if you like bunnies, you are in for a treat. They love the complex as much as I do. :)
