Gary is AWESOME! From the 1st time I spoke to him on the phone (he diagnosed what he thought could be the problem) To offering me to come in so he could take a look at my car (and his diagnosis was spot on!). He then quoted me the cost to repair and obtained my agreement before he ordered to part. When I offered to pay, he told me that wasn't necessary, he'd simply call me when he was ready to install. EXPERT KNOWLEDGE, yet doesn't flaunt it and he's very unassuming. If you trust him, you'll find out EXACTLY what I mean! I wholeheartedly and highly recommend!

Quick and easy and cheaper than going through the company my insurance company suggested. Glad I decided to call around instead of going through the national company my insurance suggested. Great customer service!

Made a appointment with Gary on a Monday afternoon he said he had a full plate but to bring it in the next morning at 8am and that he would make sure he got it done and sure enough it was done by 1:30pm that afternoon. Very professional all around and will be sure to go there again if ever need glass work done.
