Brown Bear Car Wash

I love this car wash. Decent prices. You can even buy a monthly pack if you want better rates.

They have vacuums and towels on site to clean the interior.

The fully automatic car wash does a wonderful job. I've never seem a spot missed!

I frequently got a car wash at this place and it was well operated. Also on their annual free car wash day, even though the wait line is pretty long but it kept on moving and it doesn't take long to get it done, I would say 8-10 minutes waiting. Just a quick rinse but can't ask for more. Well organized and customers are happy!

An operation to behold. There are, of course, a spots on our cars left that the machine can't get at. A minute with a rag is a it takes.
We bought the 10 wash deluxe option and are pleased so far.
The staff are sincere, helpful, and more than willing to go the extra mile for us.
A side note:
It is refreshing to witness such consistent service as theirs these days.
Many other businesses that we patronize aim for excellence, but the management at Brown Bear deserve added praise; they must be especially good at hiring and training people because the results are tangible.
Inducing people of any age to deliver this level of service in a car wash must be quite an effort.
If it was them that owned a see-saw outlet, I'd line up to get one!
I'm just saying is all.

I’ve always been a loyal Brown Bear customer, but today they went above and beyond. I locked myself out of my car with the keys in the ignition and my poor dog locked in the back. Without my cell phone, wallet or any way to save my canine bestie, Caleb and his cousin, both amazing Brown Bear employees, helped me out so much! After multiple attempts to call the one number I have memorized, without an answer (shout out to the stranger that let me use their cell phone!), Caleb gave me a ride home where I got my spare key and came back in record time to rescue my pooch. What a relief! Thanks to that next level customer service, you have a couple of grateful and loyal customers for life!

The best so far and it's closer to our house. Highly recommend this place. Planet friendly.
