Great service experience at MB Lynnwood. My service advisor Tyrone Lawrence was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. He really made sure the customer service experience I receive as a Mercedes customer is outstanding. Will be definitely taking my S500 for service there in future.

Original post: Great experience on buying the GLE 350 from Jonathan in August. My wife absolutely loves this car :). The order process and delivery is smooth. Only problem is the car's right headlight has moisture in after just 3 months and one car wash. Pictures attached as the left headlight is crystal clear while the right headlight has the moisture.

Jan 30 Update: Josh take care of the replacement of the right headlight efficiently and free of charge. Great customer service and add one star to 5 stars.

I had THEE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER at this dealership, from the moment I walked in all through to purchasing our first SUV for our soon to be baby.
Stefan and Allan are straight up legends! They worked with us so much and had so much patients with us to help find the most perfect car in our budget.
I’ve had such bad experiences with car dealership, but I can truly say that these guys really care about the individual and the needs of the customer.

Kat Kingsley is a First-Class Salesperson who has vast knowledge and experience in the car business.

I was searching for a very specific car online and had narrowed the list nationwide to three potential cars. Kat’s car was by far, the furthest away at 2667 miles from my home in Georgia.

From the time I reached out to her for more information about the car, I felt my car purchase was as important to her as it was to me. Kat gave me a personal video tour of the car and was as detailed as I asked her to be. She answered every question with patience and a friendly disposition. When I mentioned the other two cars that I was looking at online, her disposition never altered. She followed up professionally with me over about two weeks but didn’t hassle me to decide. Truthfully, her car was missing a couple of elements that were important to me, but her extraordinary service won me over. (The other guys didn’t even come close to Kat’s level of service!)

When I decided to buy Kat’s car, she efficiently arranged everything including transport to Georgia. However, I soon decided that I needed to meet Kat!

I booked a flight to Seattle, rented a car, and drove to Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood. I met Kat, who is every bit the professional in person as she was on the phone and I purchased my car on June 13, 2022. After doing a bit of sight-seeing with her, I happily spent 10 days driving my 2019 MAZDA MX-5 home to Georgia through some of the most beautiful parts of this country I have ever seen.

I’ve purchased over fifteen cars in my lifetime, and I have never experienced the five-star service Kat Kingsley provides for her clients. She is truly extraordinary!
