Pioneer Auto sales and service

I have been going to Kevin at pioneer auto sales for YEARS & I haven't ever been disappointed in his work. Hes always fixed my car for a lower price than what the dealership was charging & he always so kind and willing to help people at any time. I went to Nissan to get my muffler fixed and it costed me almost $250 and it was broken again in less than a year. I then went back to Kevin and he charged me less then $100 and I havent had any problems since. His low prices, customer service & reliability is the best around. I'm lucky to have him as a mechanic and would never go anywhere else.

Great customer service! Went in for a 2000 Subaru Impreza and I originally was going to walk away from it just because I didn't like how the clutch felt (there was nothing wrong with it, I was just knit picking and looking for an excuse as to not buy the car). However upon hearing this, the owner approached me and said if I just buy the clutch he will install it and not charge for labor. So after a few days, the car was ready to go and all i ended up paying was $200 which was a really good deal! About a week later, there was an issue with the drive train that needed to be addressed (which was not due to negligence on their part, the car just had a lot of miles on it and things like this happen all the time with older cars) and so I called the owner then told him about what was going on. Without any question what so ever, he took it in and happily fixed it without any charge and even gave me some extra parts for the interior when I picked it up. Car also came with about 5 keys which was really nice! All in all, this dealership receives 5 stars from me due to the honesty and hard work put into it.

Our experience here was a great one. Don't expect a beautiful lobby and new building. What you can expect is an honest owner and staff. If you are not satisfied about something about a vehicle that you are looking at, voice your concerns. The owner will do what he can to make it work for you. I took my daughter there to test drive a Toyota Matrix. After a rigorous run through, I noticed that there was a fluid leak coming from underneath the vehicle. Immediately the owner had given me the confidence that he would make it right for me. Two days later we came to pick up the car. We made a fair deal for the car, and he showed me the parts he had replaced. He sells great quality vehicles!! It's worth the drive!!
